Hi guy,s I am still really enthusiastic about building and setting up a business using a cnc router but reality has hit me and it is not something that’s easy to do unless you are made of money lol. I have been looking for a trainee job to both help with income and to help with experience but I am also open for volunteering without pay to help with my cv.
I recently finished university 2 years ago as a graphics designer and in my 3rd year I chose to study around owning a business by merging my graphic design skills with cnc work to create bespoke furniture. I am finding it hard because most places are asking for a cv but unfortunately my cv has no background regarding any sort of cnc operating,
If anyone can point me in the right direction as I am 100% dedicated to this line of work even if I didn’t start my own business I would still be proud of being a cnc operator. I have put so much effort online with the help from you guys and would really like to get on board so if anyone has any kind of advice I would really appreciate it.
Cheers
Ash
P.s here is some of my work I did through the last year of university.
