    Hi All,

I have finally got the above mill running retrofitted a CS labs motion controller with help from another forum user (Chaz). then discovered the servo drive was faulty on the Z axis I have had that repaired but now I get the occasional glitching where the z servo will just start glitching up and down eventually sending the drive unit into a fault. has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know what the problem could be.

    regards

    Ade

The original Baldor setup if I remember correctly.

My Triac also did this on the X axis, but not often, I suspects it was noise but never got it sorted as it was rare to happen.
