    Dig deep, look at the controllers and see if they have configuration dip switches.

    Oh in the actual box? Yes they all have dip switches on there

    You probably do, you just need to identify the drives, model numbers?
    Maybe even a chart of the settings screen printed on the drive?

    Have you calibrated your motors when got got the machine I have the same machine and had the same problem...1st u have to figure the settings for the steps on your motor then you need to calibrate the motors. Let me know if you need ant help as far as settings

    I have this same machine did you calibrate your motors in mach3? 1st set up a dial indicator and see if it moves what you tell it to move if not you need to adjust your steps in ports and pins in mach3 . Let me know if u need any help
