Finished my apprenticeship as a fitter turner 30 years ago and just got round to buying my first lathe. Have lots of questions regarding setting it up and getting it running so bear with me. Experienced machinist with cnc milling programming experience too. Had to buy a lathe as the school machines I have had use of is ending as my mate there is retiring.

All set up, wired in, levelled and checked. Had to alter the tail stock but otherwise all ok. Will start on a few jobs this weekend. Working away all week condenses the weekend a bit
