    Hello,

Thanks for the help, I tried your settings and also other settings, but unfortunately without success.
I also tried another motor (0.55 KW), unfortunately it shows the same behavior.
    Without load

    With load

    Any ideas?

    Regards Marc

    Hooray, a small success!
I have now got the motor running under load, for this I had to set P72. Unfortunately, the motor now runs very rough in operation. Can someone help me with the torque settings P70, P71 and P72?

    Greetings Marc

Something is not right with the fundamental settings. P72 is just for additional torque at low speed. I did not use mine in the end as there was plenty of torque when I did some test drilling.

How is this wired to the motor ? Delta pattern I assume ? Is this wired correctly at the motor end ?

How many poles? I assume 2 poles from the rpm ? Is this set correctly ?

What is the max current set to P76? Maybe this is too low and the P72 is helping you out but it is not the way to solve it.

    Check all connections are tight.

It is wired as delta, what do you mean with wired correctly at the motor end? V is V, W is W, U is U.
Yes its a 2 pole motor. I checked all connections several times and do also a trough check with multimeter.
Max current is set to 8000.

I saw in different videos nobody needs torque compensation for starting motor with load.
It seams that one phase has not enough power and causes the motor stuttering under load. So I think something is wrong with my Vfd.

I just meant to check if it is wired delta. If you have an oscilloscope and current clamp you could do some checking but you could be right and the inverter is maybe faulty. Is it new and a recent purchase? See what the seller has to say about it.

It´s a new one, I already contacted the seller, let´s see what he is saying.....Chinese seller.....
Unfortunately I didn´t have a oscilloscope and current clamp. But the company in the neighborhood of my company have the equipment, I ask them if they can check for me, they are machine builders and familiar with such stuff.

Attached you can find my settings. Maybe you can find a wrong value.

Your instructions show P25 as 'not listed' and my instructions show that as the number of poles. 0 = 2 poles, 1 = 4 poles, 2 = 6 poles. Luckily you have set yours to 0 which is 2 poles, although P21 is different and asks for 'rpm for 50 Hz', which I guess is another way to calculate number of poles.

I can't see anything else wrong, so suspect it is faulty. The Chinese sellers often want some evidence of the fault so your video should help there, plus you have tried 2 different motors. I would wait for them to respond and not dive into asking a company to look at it. If the seller thinks you have opened it up they may not refund you.

I had a invertor arrive faulty a few years ago (it went bang when I wired it up to the mains - no motor had been fitted) and they wanted to see a photo of the wiring. After showing them the photo they asked me to send it back and they sent another. Good luck.

I ordered an other one on Amazon, because I plan also to rebuilt my drill press.

My VFD is faulty, today my second on from Amazon arrived and everything works well.
I'm in contact with the seller of the first one, he is very cooperative and will send replacement.

    Thanks' for your help!

    Regards
    Marc
