Hi guys, can anyone point me in the right direction for some heavy duty, low profile swivel casters ? I have done a search but can't seem to come up with anything suitable.
I have a large storage bench which I can pull around the workshop to wherever I am working, and this in turn needs to slide under my main workbench when not in use. Like many, space in my workshop is hard to find. The ones I have used in the past have worked ok for a while but usually end up collapsing through time.

Ideally they cannot be any higher than 90mm in total, I have used single wheels in the past but am now looking to use the twin wheel type. If anyone has used these type and are happy with them, I'd be grateful for any info.

    Thanks in advance guys.

I'm quite fond of my footmaster leveling castors:

Some will be under 90mm, but they might not be appropriate for your case if you want quick setup and pack down.

Thanks for the link mate, I may end up going down this route, but to be honest this bench will never need to set down, it will always be mobile.

+1 for the footmasters - Aimtools have provided me with 3 different sets for my lathe, welding bench and mill bench/worktable. I've had other casters fail on me before now and for the sake of a few extra quid I wouldn't now chose anything less.

    e.g. https://www.aimtools.co.uk/products/...-4pcs-set-flat

I can't comment on any specific models, but last time I need polyurethane rollers, I bought them from Coldene - https://coldene.co.uk/
However, I see they've redone their website, with castors split between Mendip Castors - https://mendipcastors.co.uk/ and First Castors - https://www.firstcastors.com/en/
Avoiding the rubbish customer service from AluminiumWarehouse since July '13.
