Yes the size is what worried me...

I'm just not sure what the pros / cons of each are.
It's hard to find info on the isel .

No comparison this is cheap nasty unit that will have more slop in it than Mrs. Browns Knickers. The Isel is using quality Components that are industrial grade and will last for years. Also when you come to sell it you'll get your money back or more. With this unit, you'll be lucky to sell it at all and if you do it will be at least half what you paid. Plus most of the time you have it you'll be chasing issues and slop from the rubbish linear bearings and cheap lead screws it uses. DONT DO IT
