    I cleaned the rail with acid but some got into the carriage. I had rust spots at one end, if I ever try this again taking the rail off and removing the carriages first lol.

    I had to hammer the carriage just to get it to move enough to expose the bolt to replace it, it was cheap clone rail I replace with cheap clone rail but this time I used proper Hiwin carriages.

    Rest of the machine is proper Hiwin so whilst I had it stripped I thought it was time.

    Was the gantry.
