Just joined after lurking for a very long time.
I have learned a lot from you guys, thank you for all your help.

I have build my own 360 x 360 x 90mm CNC machine using aluminium from the local scrappie.
Added some electronics and motors from China, an Arduino and GRBL and it works...........

Have cut wood, aluminium and brass so far.
I use Fusion 360 for both CAD and CAM.

Having done some 3 sided machining on the machine I now feel it's time to try and add a 4th axis.
I have just purchased a 4 axis DDCSV2.1 and have started getting to grips with its foibles
here is an example of my 3 sided work :

OK enough for now, I have to go and fix a leak in the workshop roof before the rain sets in again tomorrow

    Thanks needleworks.
A lot more work involved to get the 4th axis up and running, so reading up on post processors on the Autodesk Fusion 360 website.
Maybe I should start a new thread to discuss this, but which forum area would it be best in ?
    General or Machines ?

    Tim
