Hi and welcome, What exactly don't you understand because essentially there are three elements to using a router.? Two of them, Cad & Cam are often combined, which is what Construcam software is. The third element is the machine controller software.

While I don't use Construcam myself the principle of Cad and Cam is pretty much the same for all CAD/Cam software so I can explain the process of creating g-code if this is what you are struggling with.
Likewise the same applies to the control software side, all controllers work on the same basic principles so I can help with explaining this also. If you tell me the Control software there is a good chance I've used it as I've installed and used just about most controllers at this level.

So let me know what your struggling with most.
-use common sense, if you lack it, there is no software to help that.
