Hi All,

I'm a few weeks into building my first gantry style router, the working envelope will be 1200mm x 1200mm x 150mm and will be used on wood.
The forum has given me some great insight on the basic design and I'm about half way through building the chassis from 80x80x5 box section and I'm sure there will be many questions from me during the build.
A question, a couple of years ago I was offered some drive kit at a very reasonable price so I bought it and packed it away in the garage and got it out last week but it seem according to various posts that the motors will be much too big (and slow) for this application so do you think I should just put them on Ebay and buy more suitable ones?
The kit is:

3 x Longs steppers, 34Hs5435C-37B2, NEMA34, 10.5nm
3 x Longs drivers, DM860A
3 x Longs Switch mode PSU's, S-350-60, 60v dc 5.85a

Regards
Dave.
