We now have Lichuan 4.5nm NEMA24 (60mm) 2 phase Closed-loop stepper systems in stock with high power drives which accept either 20--70Vac or 30-100Vdc. So no messing around with Capacitors and rectifiers, just stick a transformer on, and away you go.

We fit these to our own machines and they are excellent with lots of power and plenty of speed with 55Vac toroidal transformer.

Also, come pre-wired with 5mtr cables. (shielded Encoder cables only)

£110 per set + shipping. (UK only) or £100 per set + shipping if buying 3 or more.

    Motors: LC60H2102 https://lichuanmotor.com/2-phase-ope...per-motor.html

    Drives: LCDA86H https://lichuanmotor.com/2-phase-clo...osed-loop.html

    PM me if interested.

    Hey Jazz,

You have other Lichuan closed-loop steppers too? Any more detail on the ATC spindles? Price, holders, cooling, air etc?

    Hi Alan,

At the moment I have the 4.5Nm as shown below, I also have about 12 x 5.5Nm sets that use the same drives.

I also have 10Nm Nema 34 3phase closed-loop Motors with 220Vac voltage drives with 5Mtr cables. (See below.)
These are beasts of motors that suit large Routers or Mills with plenty of speed and torque due to using mains voltage.

    https://lichuanmotor.com/3-phase-clo...p-driver-.html
    https://lichuanmotor.com/3-phase-clo...er-motor-.html

Regards ATC spindles then I have only one size in stock (see spec below) which we fit mostly on Routers that don't have a flange, however, we can provide Other sizes with or without flanges ranging from 2.2Kw 40K RPM up to 43Kw with 95Nm torque 16k Rpm, Tapers range from ISO20/25 through to BT or HSK tapers.

We also have a higher torque Permanent Magnet Synchronous Spindles with or without flange in sizes up to 36Kw. With BT30/40 or HSK40/63A tapers.

All spindles are fitted with quality german GMN ceramic bearings and Swiss sensors and labyrinth seal (air seal) to protect bearings and taper from debris. We can also have spindles custom-built with flange sizes/holes and power or RPM to suit. Also, Thru spindle coolant and encoder options.

While of Chinese origin these spindles are not to be mistaken with cheaper Chinese offerings from the likes Rattan etc often found on eBay, I have spent a long time trying and testing many Chinese spindle suppliers and these are light years better than any I've ever used. However, they do cost more but you get more than what you pay for.

Even the standard water-cooled Non-Atc ER collet spindles are in another world regards to power and torque, we have one on our own router and it thinks nothing about cutting steel and it's transformed how we profile cut aluminum. It easily slot cuts cast tooling plate with a 5mm DOC using an 8mm 3F DLC coated cutter at 8000rpm @1000mm/min feed rate. We could easily push deeper and faster than this and in testing it slot cut 10mm @ 800mm/min without any complaints.

ATC Spindle in stock Spec/price: (including VFD)
    Price: £3500 + vat + shipping
    Rated power: 3.5Kw
    Rated Voltage: 230V
    Rated current: 13.0A
    Rated Frequency: 450Hz
    Maximum Frequency: 800Hz.
    Maximum RPM: 24,000
    Poles: 4
    Bearings: Angular contact GMN Ceramic
    Cooling: Liquid cooling
    Taper: ISO25
    Weight: 20Kg

    VFD: Simphoenix (Sunfar) ES550-2S0040B
    Power: 6.3Kva

    Hope this helps.

No sorry, we don't stock small-size NEMA 34's, we only have 9Nm which run on high-power drives.

Can I ask why you want Nema 34.? These Nema 4.5Nm 24's will outperform any Nema 34 running at the same voltage.

I have a 4th axis (and 5th) harmonic drive unit from China and it uses Lichurn nema 34 motors on the 4th and the lichurn driver you have, I've had real trouble running the motor and may have blown up the drive, it runs through an adtech controller, maybe you help me with the driver?

The driver on it is LCDA 86H and the motor LC86H280 . Can you supply the driver?

Yes, I can supply the drive, but how did you blow the drive because they are very robust drives and not easily blown. What voltage did you use.? Running too high a voltage is about the only thing I could see blowing one of these drives.
