I think you may have to wait a little while,since the factory has had to pay for the components of the machine and won't see that money back until another buyer for a machine of the specification you ordered comes along.They also had the administrative burden of spending time talking to shipping agents to comply with the terms of your initial order,do they not deserve some compensation for that?If you followed the link in my earlier post that dealt with container shipping costs you may have noticed that the graph showed a downward trend,which may make it worth asking for a new quote for shipping.You may still have to pay more than was originally quoted but you may get a machine exactly to your specification in a few weeks.
