    Hi everyone, been a while since I’ve been on here, hope you guys are all good 👍🏼

    I’m dealing with an issue that I’m hoping you guys can help me out with, and that is, my VFD setting have all changed/reset their self for what ever reason. I did have a power surge last week so it could be that, protection has been put in place now as it also blew one of my drives.

    I’m looking for help on setting up the VFD setting again, what to input as I’ve no idea 😔 manufacturer wouldn’t help either

    My setup is as follows
    * VFD
    Sunfar E380 3 phase,
    TYPE - E380-4T0055G/0075P
    SOURCE - 3PH 380V 50/60Hz
    OUTPUT - 8.6KVA 13A/11KVA 17A
    SERIAL NO - A00 6AHXPJFAJ0170
    * Spindle
    Water cooled 4.5kw
    3 phase
    24000 rpm
    300-400Hz

    VFD Manual https://salecnc.com/manuals/Inverter...s%20Manual.pdf

    As always the help would be very much appreciated

    Hey D man

    Everything you need is on the parameter list page 29 of the manual

    not sure what control board you have. if you are just trying to communicate with your spindle then
    F0.1 select what power is the output normally for a spindle commination is 0v-10 so set that to 5 but double check
    F0.2 what the max frequency? 400 is what i see for most motors so double check
    F0.4 select how you want to comminate with your board. right now its prob just the panel. so set this to 1

    Thanks mate, I managed to get it going before your reply, for for some reason it seems to stop when heavy cutting so having to do light cuts.

    I’m using the CSMIO IP/S at the moment but, if I can just get it running properly manually for now I’ll be happy.
