Hi Guys, I need a few small parts made up. Theres no finishing required and they should be pretty simple. I need 4 Back cases and 4 Fronts:

The back cases consist of 1 internal pocket, 6 holes and then the part cut out

The Fronts consist of 1 internal pocket, 4 holes (lined up with 4 of the holes on the back case) and then the part cut out

I have attached the drawings. Looking to have these delivered by the 29th of June if possible.

  2. You'll need to specify tolerances and internal radii on corners - you can't mill a square corner

Oh I forgot to mention that, for internal pockets I have allowed an acceptable radius of a 6mm end mill and tolorances of +/-1mm excluding drill holes where tolorances of +/-0.5mm required.

No, I havnt, I need whoever is making it to supply the material. It needs to be corrosion resistant aluminium. Possibly Marine Grade 6061

Well I could provide the material if really required, I have some aerospace aluminium about.

If these are front and back surely your tolerances must be a bit tighter than +/- 1mm if you want them to match up? 0.1mm more like it!

Its not absolutly paramount that the front and back are spot on except the holes, the holes have to match up but the casings can be out as much as 2mm as nothing pretrudes between them or anything.
