    Hi,
I bought a small mill on ebay from Amadeal XJ12-300 (same as Warco mini mill, very close to a Sieg X2). I join CNCZone forum a while ago but seens most members are based in US It wasn't easy to get material or parts discribed there... So I searched for a UK based forum..... Here I am! :-)

I am looking for an easy way and not too $$ to convert this mill to CNC...

I can make some basic parts, I have a Boxford C as well.

"not too many $$" "convert to CNC" in the same sentence...hmmmm lol

There have been a few similar conversions... JohnS is probably your best source of advice.... he does them for breakfast it seems ;)

Sorry, never done one of these before.
I try to steer clear of the smaller ones because it cost just as much to convert them as the larger machines.
Usually you finish up cutting corners to save trying to gild the lilly and make problems for yourself.
