    That looks like Tufset polyurethane, cuts like a dream. Love the packing tape holding the vacuum nozzle in place

    Where I come from that would get her and whoever let her do that both fired, not to mention possible lawsuits... (then again, maybe she doesn't like her job!)

    OK so it's a nice material to cut but you soon progress to holding other part that can be more rigid. The problem is that one can tip and break a tool or worse case cause a jam that forces the machine to miss a few steps and then the rest of the program is out of spec because the origin has moved.

    Programming in some tabs can alleviate all this and allow you to let the machine do it's job whilst you get on with something else.
