I am posting a base design for my next router build the bed is a fixed height from the floor and the router can be adjusted to allow for larger work. this router is 2' x 4" allowing for a full sheet 4' x 8’ to be indexed through it. I will use my plasma CNC to cut the end panels. It has min. welding. Each of the 3" x 3" uprights are fixed to the end panels in two planes perpendicular to each other.
