Greetings to all, from Texas, USA.

I just discovered this forum and find that a lot of the subjects that I am interested in
are covered here.

I have used a manual mill and lathe for a number of years, and have decided to build a cnc router. So many different ideas to consider!!

I am determined to build a dual purpose machine, for example wood router or plasma
cutter by simply changing out the Z-Axis Fixture. Mach3 seems to be capable of running
diffrent setups, so that is what I shall use.

I started to limit my work area size to 24 X 36 inches, but may exapnd to 4 x 4
before I start actual construction.

Will try to post some concept pictures in the near future.
