    Hi
I live in Melbourne Australia and am gathering equipment so that I can potter around in my garage doing projects after I retire.
I am currently overhauling an old pedestal drill - nearly finished and have partially stripped the old Selson lathe to begin the refurbishment.
The Selson is an old belt drive unit and is about 8ft long.
I came across this site and it appears to be frequented by many knowledgeable
people - hopefully I can gain some knowledge and also be of some help to others who require assistance.

  2. Hi and welcome to the site. There are a few of us here that think old isnt necessarily bad, and restoration can be a good thing!
