Hi all there! My name is Gundars Rusovs, I am orthotist producing corsets for scoliosis. instead of taking plaster cast thinking of 3d laser scan of torso followed by rotary foam milling. Have done nothing with CNC before but have interest to do more in future.

  2. Hi Gundars and welcome to the site. That is an interesting idea, would need to be milled in 2 parts, front and back. I suppose it could be done by internal milling from the solid which will require some thought as to how the machine is constructed but can't see why it wouldn't work.
