I Need Help with an ELU 860

I am trying to get my ELU CNC going.

On the console I press yes for Zero all axes.

On the computer I open a V Carve programme in Easy CNC

I press E (Execute)

The PC Link comes on the console and up pops the word ---Remote--- and easy link says

“Unable to Continue unsupported function transmission will stop”.

I do think it could be something I am not doing or something simple.

Is there anything I should do in the set up?

The programs that are all ready in the console from the previous owner work fine, it just trying to transmit from the PC to the CNC that causes a problem.

Can any one help?
