Thread: dc motor help

  1. #1
Hi guys picked up a motor of ebay think it came from a golf cart or granny wagon lol
fair size any how connected the motor to a car charger to test it out works fine
24v = 2100 rpm ish not realy shure what the voltage for this motor should be as the specs have come off the sticker

i adjusted the pot on me speed controller right down on max speed which gave me
0-100volts used a meter to mark 24v on the knob
was hopeing to use my mills speed controller to drive this motor but when i connected
the motor it sounded rough cogging and rotating very slow also adjusted the torque setting right down and slowley raised a little no joy any ideas guys
