My name is Carlos and I'm pleased to join this Forum. I'm from Portugal and I'm trying to build a cnc miller machine for model airplane purposes. My target is not to cut foam with hot wire but to make precision wing ribs and other model parts and to carve wooden jigs to assemble carbon/balsa wings with concave undercamber wing sections. I already have a lot of material including TB6560 driver board.
Cheers

Hi there and welcome to the site. We have a number of RC modellers using CNC to do exactly what you plan as well as using CNC to carve moulds for wind turbine blades but the same idea would work for wing sections.
