Hi, the CNC hexapod was never really built to be accurate, it was more the case that I was looking for a creative engineering project, I had a hexapod, I had some CNC experience, the two just seemsed to go together. The accuracy I am acheiving on this setup is about 7bit in a working area of about 70mm sq.

You can see it cutting a 3D face here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4JJEazpb_g

For those who are interested the hexapod itself was cut on my Pacer Cadet 600.
