    Yeah got my CNC running beautiful great did some good cuts then.......................... the Y axis went tight for some reason I freed it off now I dont have movment in Y have I damaged the board?? no sign of burning or smell, Y led lights up on the board when I toggle I have swapped the X and Y leads over Y motor is ok :cry:

    Does the X motor work on the Y axis driver?
    Is the Y motor receiving any current, i.e. does it lock up when switched on but not moving?

    OK grab this....... Y would not work as above post, then I tried on a different Mach3 set up it worked yet all the settings are the same, strange or what? pleased though but I still need to fix Y axis trouble is I have just enclosed it in a cover so I will be busy for the next few days, thank god im unemployed where would I have time for work! :rofl:
