  1. Below are a few pictures of an acrylic mouth piece for harmonica that I cut on my mill. Fresh from the mill and only light finish trimming no surface polishing or the final flame polish on it yet.:naughty:

    I have to say that I am feeling good about the results. Though I had to spend 4 hrs editing the G-code from BobCAD to get rid of redundant runs/ moves in the Gcode. Still needs a bit of refining but very close to what i was shooting for the second pic is the acrylic mouth piece next to the metal one that the design was based off of.:dance:
