Nice!, think i would rather see the handle as a solid bar with no tapered fixing, with a dome/ball finish on the protruding end.
Maybe also move/rotate the 25mm radials on the outside of the wheel so that the handle has more material on its outside edge. Should keep Pete (ptjw7uk) happy also ;-)

Like this for the handle see pic (more contact area for Pete :lol:).
Then swap the red with the green, so rotate your arc's around the wheel.

I like what you have done with the handle but no not what i was suggesting...
See my pic and look at the fixing point for the handle, you will see it has no taper to it yours looks fine though mate.
With regards to the outside arc's, i was meaning to move/rotate them around the wheel so that the widest part was inline with the handle, see my ruff pic for an idea of what i was meaning.
