Thread: CNC Myford ML7
I have started to CNC my Myford ML7 following a topic from Tony Jeffery and yesterday mannaged to messup the bushing in the RH leadscrew carrier, but recovered well by then re machining a new bush from the Hemingway kit (HK 1470) and pressing it in. Where i varied from the recommended Hemingway instructions i made a one piece bush, pred drilled for the oil hole, pressed it in and then bored the oil track and finally reamed in situ.
That took half a day, I hope I get better, I would like to have this working befor Christmas.Regards,
