I have fitted the motors and ballscrews to my table and now wish to start putting the electronics together.
In the UK I am not finding it easy to find a suitable enclosure to put the boards in.
I presume I will need some kind of chassis to mount on.
I would wish to enclose the power supply, BOB, and drivers and wonder if the fan in the PSU will be suitable for keeping the rest of the kit cooled.
I expect I will accommodate some fuses and Leds too.
Can anyone link me to a suitable supplier of boxes?

    John,

These are the cheapest people I have found.

Bought quite a few off them and had no complaints.

They come complete with a mounting plate supplied, many others don't, they are extra as are locks and fitting kits.

That site also has the cheapest emergency stop switch I can find:

I mounted my stepper drivers in the computer case CD drive bays so it's nice and compact. If you didn't have the computer in there you could get the transformer in too, and good cooling as long as you make sure the fans don't suck in all the dust.

Old photo, before I used the right wire, but you get the idea:

Not saying that's the best way to do it... but it's convenient and cheap. They're mounted on 1" aluminium angle.
