Thread: Ball screw

    I have a 16mm ball screw with damaged thread.

    what I'm after is the pitch size so I can get a thread file is the pitch .75 and M12??

    It's M12x1 ... and I've got an M12x1 tap and die so just bring it along and we can sort it :)

    A small triangular file will fit standard metric threads perfectly for clean up/repair purposes.

    Better still, use a PRESTO rethreading file if you can find one.
