I’m new to CNC, I would like to convert a miller to CNC (Clarke CMD1225) so I can make a few parts for my classic bikes.

I was wondering how you got on with your CMD1225 CNC converstion, i've just bought one and intend to convert mine, but have loads of questions like what did you do about the z axis? what ballscrews did you use and where did you get them from?
