    Hi all,

I have a multicam 3000 and im having big problems in cutting small parts given that i have a vacuum matrix bed.

Can anyone offer any advice? The parts often fling off as there doesnt seem to be enough surface area to hold the pieces down.

    thanks

Sounds like you need to zone the bed then use sealing gasket in the working area.? If lots of small items from large sheet then I think your stuffed without massive vacuum pump.!!
Could you use special purpose fixture that just holds the individual items each sealed.? Obviously for one off jobs this is not ideal but for multiples then it's surely worth taking the time.
