Thread: New T-slot bed!

    So I just finished making my new T-slot bed,

    I now realise that I don't have any T-nuts thus making my CNC machine useless! :P

    anyone around in cardiff this evening and fancy helping me make some? cut out the shape at least! :p

    it's 10mm gap, 20mm under gap and the thickness of the bars is 10mm. so pretty simple.

    Screwfix sell Cross dowels for a few quid for 50. They are 10mm dia and 14 to 25 mm long with an M6 threaded hole. They may be some use a the basis of a t-nut, or evem just use them neat if your bed has the right dimensions.
