"Physioterrorists", I like that, very apt.

    All the best for 2013.

    Gosh, is it 2013 already . . . "WHERE'S MY FLYING CAR" ?

  3. Well today's good news is the neck brace came off, so my neck is officially 'stable'. Posture in wheelchair is crap tho so need to work on it, neck muscles are stiff from lack of movement. Also means the physioterrorists can get more aggressive!

One step at a time mucker, i know what you mean about the physioterrorists, as i,m attending one just now after i got hit off my motorbike, by a car. Thankfully i never suffered any where near what you did, with a shoulder injury and neck injury being my only things to work on. Hope you have a speedy recovery, all the best.

@Alex, "Snap" apart from mine was 13years ago and I nearly lost my left leg the imortal words " Sorry mate Did'nt see you"...... I'm back with the terrorists now after playing catch with a concrete fence whilst chasing somebody at work.... Ligaments go Twang!

@Irving, Stiff neck will pass, Keep your chin up, (pun intended), It gets better. I can't emphasize that enough, through all the dark crap, there will be a time when you look back on this and see the landscape after you climb that mountain, thats what you keep aiming for. but I'm sure you have been told that a million times.

    regards
    Rick.

  6. my physio consists mainly of sitting on a raised plinth and doing various forms of balancing upper body and 'catching' myself when i fall by rapidly moving arms and what passes for hands to a suitable position. on the bed. Also when sitting with legs on bed in front of me,move legs to side of bed. so far i can nudge my right leg 1" - legs are heavy lumps! Finally getting from sitting to lying and back - the former is an ungainly semi-controlled fall, the latter impossible at the mo.

Not intentionally Lee, have reopened it. Sometimes I get odd issues with the forum during text entry. e.g. 'enter' doesn't give me a new line like it does on other forums.

No problem mate, i didnt want to reopen in against your wishs (if true).

Humm, not sure why that would be, if you let me know the conditions i can try to reproduce and debug.
