flat work needed

Hi everyone
I need 2 frame plates cut out of carbon fibre approximetly 20cm in diameter and 1mm depth and about 6 motor holders about 4x2 cm and 2mm depth. I would supply carbon fibre plates. I attach raugh drawing. Can you tell me for how much would you do it for me?

I can make that. For the 20cm diameter part is it just the blue outline and lots of holes?
