What tooling would I use to cut cardboard (corrugated) and paper - I want a clean cut so I'm currently thinking a blade or a laser ?

Not sure about cardboard, would depend what sort of thickness if it's corrugated.

This thread might help or try a search for drag knife, been a couple of posts about them but can't tell you if they are any good.
