US taxpayers funds wasted. Would have been much better used for building CNC and unfortunately there are those who are seriously considering using this type of structure for housing units.

I saw these awhile ago and was very annoyed when I learned that the construction was funded by a public fund that also funds the restoration and maintenance of endangered architecture in that city. Clearly an excellent example of what happens when you let those with no interest in their cultural history run things.
