    I've accidently done that before now - it can be quite effective. Also good for blowing a hole in your kitchen ceiling

    Hi Craig , I'm in Wigan, and I have a modelling shot blaster, if you can get down I'll be glad to blat the frame for you.

    Still think best bet is drop it in to a shotblasters they will do while you wait a couple of mins for about a fiver.
    Certainly my bead blaster running 10bar sand and glass mix would be tough going about an hour.
