    Hi everyone.

I've managed to snag some very nice (and not so nice) end mills off the bay. The ones I'm concerned about are 6mm long-series 2flute endmills. They appear to be very good quality carbide mills. What concerns me is that the cutting edges are different lengths. They are brand new, never been used but one edge is 3.5mm and the other 2.5mm and they are all the same. Looking at the other endmills that arrived, they all have equal length cutting edges but they are HSS not Carbide.

If a picture would help, i'll get one tomorrow.

    Jeff.

Thanks for the help Robin. Thought I'd bought a pup for a moment there ;)

    Regards, Jeff.
