Looking for Aluminium CNC Milling Service + Lathe Work (2 Separate Jobs)

Hi,

As my CNC machine is not yet finished (or even 100% designed!) I require the following...

I am looking for the following part to be machined out of aluminium (Qty 2, T6 or similar). The counterbores may cause an issue (thin wall between counterbore and 6mm diameter hole next to it) but I can afford not to have them if they are not machinable. See image below.

I am also looking for some lathe work where I require some small plastic spur gears to have the bore increased. There may be issues with how the spur is held in the chuck but I am hoping it is possible! Again, image below :)

Obviously willing to pay the going rate.
