im using a pond pump which is a high flow pump but minimal pressure and its very weak

the bottle neck is the actual spindle 3kw

i like to change to a gear type pump that has a bit of pressure to it, any recommendations ?

(i have cleaned the spindle out, taken out the connectors , but there is nothing obvious blocking it)

If you use a better pump then the small pond pump, like a coolant pump with 200W or so, thats enough for your spindle.
Depending to the manufacturer you need a rustprotection in it and the liquid must have not less then 18°C or similiar to use.
I recommend a small liquid cooler from a watercooled Computer or small motorcycle to cool down the warm water.
