    Hello,

Anyone interested in making me 3 ballnut brackets for my RM1605 ballnuts?

I'm using TBR20 rails with the corresponding blocks, and the spec of the bracket I need is a bit different to what I've seen available to buy.

Please find attached a couple of .jpgs which illustrate the specs I'm after, and also a .zip file which unzips to the following:

RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK:
    • RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK PROFILE.pdf
    • RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK.dxf
    • RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK.pdf
    • RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK.stl

NB - the "RM05 Ballnut Bracket for use with TBR20 BF_BK PROFILE.pdf" has holes that are 4.2mm (for tapping M5)

Drop me a PM if you can help - or indeed, if you know somewhere that sells what I'm after..!

Or maybe a simpler profile cut from 20mm plate if the 40mm depth is putting you off... Like this:

    RM1605_ballnut-bracket-20mm.dxf

(I'll make up a proper drawing if there are any takers...)

    Cheers!

Just realised I forgot to reply to your message about this. I can make them to either design, but not for 2-3 weeks. How soon do you need them?

    Hi Jonathan,

I'm not in a mad hurry for them. Of course, I'm keen to have 'em in my hands as then I can get the next stage under way, but if I have to wait a couple of weeks then that's cool.

I'd prefer the design in the OP - for it's sturdiness. There's a good chance that I'll be needing a spindle mount too.

PM me a price and let me know about any extra info that you may require.

    Cheers.

    Wal.
