    Hi.

I have a small Sieg X1 mill and the spindle is very very weak. I want to upgrade it. For that i had a chance of buying a servo motor that powers the spindle of a Optimum BF46. My problem is to power it and control their speed in my mill.

The servo motor is this one:

    The specs are these:

Model: 2200W brushless DC motor (MBL-123IM-300HA)
    Input Voltage: AC220V
    Motor Voltage: DC300V
    Rated Current: 9.17A
    Rated Speed: 3000rpm
    No Load Speed: 3500rpm
    Continuous Torque: 7.3N. M
    Peak Torque: 14.6N. M
    Rated Power: 2200W
    Insulation: Class F
    Certification: CE.

Can you help me finding the right servo driver for it?

    Thanks

    Hi Blayde,
I have a BF46 with the same motor.
Can you ask your motor's provider for the control board that powers up this motor ? ( he may not use or need it )
May be they can give it to you, otherwise, i look forward to see any solution because i blew out my board yesterday...
    anyway,
    HAPPY NEW YEAR !

    Peace,
    Vince
