    Hi all.

Does anyone have the minimum requirements for a PC to run FreeCad and Cambam.
I intend to run my CNC mill with it's own dedicated PC which has the main requirements for Mach 3.

I intend to create CAD & CAM in the comfort of my office, in my home, then transfer all the files i need to the Mill PC in the garage, but i am struggling to find the minimum requirements, can anyone help ?

    Regards

    Ray

Ray i had both running no problem on my last laptop which was a 1.9 celeron and only 1 gb of ram (on Ubuntu 12.04). As with most hi screen rendering apps just make sure you have the best graphics and as much ram your pocket can aford or the machine can take?

I wouldn't look less than a dual core PC, win7 and less than 2gb ram + 1gb ram graphic card, preferably ATI. 80-100eur here in Spain, second hand. With this you will have 0 problems.

Though It would run on slower machine, the more complicated your models become, the slower it would go.
