Just (finally) got my micro CNC router up and useful. It's a used Zen 7x7, as per their spec.
I've had a big learning curve, as even though I've got a lot of commercial/manufacturing experience with CNC, a 400 tonne machine is just a bit different...

I've found that although Mach 3 is great value software, it's big. Bloody big (to learn/configure), but now, 'alle ist gut'

To the extent that I have just finished putting holes into some ally arms for my quad. It was great just to zero everything up, clamp the section down, and drill accurately, whilst consuming a quick tab!
Having trouble figuring out the relay switch on my PRC driver board (TB6560 blue 3-axis), it might have blown...

If anyone is playing in Manchester, or wants help, feel free to PM me.

Cheers, all, TTFN.
