Im hoping.. one of my fellow cnc'ers on here has some gear capable of cutting letters out of polystyrene.

the letters need to be approx 1m tall each, and perhaps 50cm deep?

any advice, contacts etc would be grateful. Cash waiting if we know anyone...

    thanks in advance...

i cant do it by cnc just yet but i could do it manually, if you could supply a template cut from hardboard or similar i can do it very quickly and easily and i have a large stock of eps available.

Is this a one off or do you need lots? If it's the latter then perhaps you could use your router to make moulds then fill them with expanding foam.
