    hi all looking at a conversion to a sieg x2plus and its looking like 12mm ball screws. my concern is that a usual drive spigot for this is 6mm and I was wondering to its strength, any imput? thanks in advance

    What size motors are you proposing to use ? these ones have a 6.35mm shaft for example,Nema23 Stepper Motor 2.2Nm

    Many thanks,eddy,probably the ones you have put,will read up tonite at home,head is filling up with data sheet info,I even think some of it is making sense aswell,ball nut support blocks to draw up next. All good fun. Cheers...
