    Hi dudz,

    You would just paste the code into a text file and then attach that file to your post, or you could wrap your code using "code" tags and this presents it a little better in your post, have a look above as i've done that for you.

    I was hoping I could set the G0 moves alot faster than the Feed rates

    G0 moves are done at the Velocity set in motor tuning. G1 moves are done at the commanded Feed rate ie G1 X36 F600.

    If you have X and Y axis set at different velocity in motor tuning then any blended moves like G0 X300 Y50 will be done at the lowest velocity or some derived velocity based on both so both axis arrive at same point together.
    If each axis moves separate then any G0 move will be done at the velocity set for that axis.

    What is the velocity for each axis in Motor tuning.?

    X = 4000
    y = 4200
    z = 2000

    Just tried the famous aztec calender "cutting air". The fast feed G0 travels at 1000 units per min

    Sounds like you have feed rate override (FRO) set to roughly 25%.

    The feedrate while milling is OK

    Which screen set are you using.? If it's standard 1024 then see pic and marked circles.

    I ran the aztec again. The X and Y travels around 1500 units/min while cutting but as soon as the Z retracts to go to the opposite side, it runs at 1000.

    Using Big Tex screen. It states 100% for FRO and Rapid FRO is not shown. I will try in the standard 1024 screen in a minute.
