    With 1024 screen loaded. Both Rapid FRO and FRO are at 100%

    No difference
    3 axis CNC/router / Alu profile frame....25mm Alu Cutting bed X=500mm Y=300mm Z=110mm.....Supported 25mm X rails ....Supported 20mm Y rails....Supported 20mm Z rails.....2.2kw Chinese WC spindle..... CSLAB CSMIO/IP-M 4-axis Ethernet Motion Controller....M542 Drivers..SY60STH86-3008BF Motors...running....Mach3 / Cambam / Emachineshop.

    Ok.. Done it. In Mach3. Open the settings tab. Top left hand box called Fast feed overide. It has 0.00 in the box. I changed the numbers to 1000 and left the tab without pressing enter. Now the 3 axis travel 5x as fast ( when not cutting material ) This is in the standard Mach3 screen. The Big tex screen is different

    Sounds like you're using an older version of Mach3, as it's labeled "Rapid Override Rate" here. If there's a button next to it, then click the button to disable rapid overrides and your rapids will move at the motor tuning velocity. Most users don't use that setting. It's only purpose it to set the rapid feedrate at something other than the motor tuning velocity.

    Its the latest version as far as I know. Version R3.043.066
    But yes. The button was activated by default and set at 0.00
